Tanya Landa, President
As president of Outland, Mrs. Landa is responsible for day to day operations, the success of all client project engagements and project management teams. Landa has over 20 years experience as a senior manager building and managing new product, technical development and quality assurance teams for commercial software and IT sourcing vendors, including specialized experience with mobile computing, wireless communications, security and encryption platforms and technologies. Prior to Outland, Landa was responsible for outsourcing and professional services at Broadbeam Corporation, a leader in enterprise mission-critical wireless computing software. Before joining Broadbeam, Landa was an associate professor at the University of Belarus, teaching operating systems and software development, She was also as a senior software developer at the Institute of Business Machines in Minsk, Belarus. Landa received her Masters in Mathematics and Bachelors in Computer Science from the University of Belarus, Minsk.

Alexander Lazarionok, GM, Offshore Development Center
Alexander has been with Outland Technology since its founding. He manages all functions of offshore design, engineering and technical strategy for clients. He is a 20 year veteran in IT outsourcing, with expertise spanning project and client relationship management, technical marketing and product management, and software engineering with a focus on enterprise systems, banking and financial services, transaction processing, systems architecture and design. Prior to Outland, Alexander managed all software development at Research Institute, Mebius Ltd, a leading technology consulting and integration firm in Belarus. He was also the head of outsourced software development at BelSoft, leading the technical team as well as commercial marketing of offshore software development services. Alexander holds Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Belarus, Minsk.
